By placing an order with The Flower Source, you agree to the following terms.

what you're ordering

Our kits contain fresh, florist-grade flowers and foliage. As a natural, perishable product, individual stems may vary in colour, size, and form. Seasonal substitutions may be made where necessary — we'll always match the palette and let you know in advance.

Tools, vases, and ribbon are not included unless you've added a Setup Kit or other supplies to your order.

ordering and lead time

We recommend ordering at least 6 weeks or longer before your wedding to allow time for sourcing and seasonal planning. Orders placed with less notice will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.

pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

pickup and delivery

Flower kits are available for collection from our Melbourne wholesale partner (our recommended option), or delivered to your door for an additional fee. Delivery fees are calculated on request and invoiced separately.

Setup Kits are shipped separately and may arrive before your flowers.

cancellations and changes

Cancel more than 14 days before your pickup date: full refund. Cancel 7–14 days before: 50% refund. Cancel less than 7 days before: no refund, as flowers will have been ordered from our growers.

Changes to your order (kit size, palette) are welcome — the earlier the better. Once we've confirmed with our growers, changes may not be possible.

perishable goods

Flowers are a perishable product. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for flowers that have been affected by improper storage, heat exposure, or delayed pickup. Please follow our preparation guide for best results.

If there is a genuine issue with the quality of your flowers on arrival, contact us within 24 hours with well-lit photos and we'll make it right.

consultations

Consultation fees are $149 and fully redeemable against a flower order placed within 3 months. Consultation fees are non-refundable but transferable to another person.

limitation of liability

The Flower Source provides flowers, guidance, and resources to assist you in creating your own wedding flowers. We are not responsible for the final result of your arrangements. We do our best to set you up for success — the rest is in your very capable hands.

privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
